When you pick “annual” the form shows the 125% / 115% governor / Annex C requirements. When you pick “quarterly” it shows the lighter SANS 500 in-service items. Same for mobile crane duty cycles (75/78/85%) and wire rope grades. The PDF and certificate reflect exactly what was selected.
